The market is open every Sunday, year-round from 10am to 4pm. Weather-permitting the market is held on the new Beacon ferry dock, or indoors fire-side at the Sloop Clubhouse. During the summer we'll be having live music:
Block Factory Tamales, Germantown, New York
Owner and chef Lisa Krivacka prepares a variety of tamales from scratch using locally grown vegetables and locally raised natural meats. Varieties include pulled pork, bbq, peanut chipotle beef, tomatillo chicken, buffalo chicken, lam and black bean chilli, chorizo, goat cheese with roasted vegetables, vegetarian black bean chilli, sweet potato and butternut squash.
Also on her list of offerings, an accompanying salad and a homemade limeade drink. yum!!!! can't wait.
