A fourth generation fruit and vegetable farm located in Northern Dutchess County. They spray their produce only when absolutely necessary and very sparingly. Last year the farm picked and flash froze a good portion of their crops and will have available green beans, Italian flat beans, red peppers, corn and more..... Get it while it lasts - it is not to be missed! Also available, cider donuts, fresh apples and cider.

Featuring a full line of fresh baked breads including jalapeno cheddar, cranberry/walnut/raisin/currant, gorgonzola walnut, challah, Irish soda bread, baguettes, ciabatta, wholw wheat sour, olive, health, multi-grain and more. What started out as a small venture, featuring only a handful of different types of ravioli, Bongo and Capacci has now blossomed into a business that features a little over 80 varieties of ravioli and now the fresh cut pasta has taken off and become very popular.
